1. Website use
Users should provide accurate and lawful information when using contact, appointment, support, subscriber, testimonial, resource, registration, or academy forms. Submitting false, abusive, misleading, or unrelated information may delay or prevent service response.
The website content is provided for information, booking, service coordination, learning support, and customer communication. Electrical safety advice on the website does not replace a proper inspection where risk is involved.
2. Appointments, inspections, and service work
Appointment requests are subject to review, confirmation, location availability, team schedule, urgency, and service scope. A submitted request does not automatically mean the appointment is accepted until confirmed by De-Wilde Electrical.
- Inspection findings may affect final cost, materials, timing, and recommended scope.
- Emergency or safety-risk requests may be prioritized based on seriousness and team availability.
- Customers should provide safe access to the site and accurate descriptions of the issue.
- Work may be delayed where required materials, access, payment, or approvals are pending.
3. Support and maintenance tickets
Support requests should include the correct tracking details, contact information, fault description, location, and any helpful photos or documents. De-Wilde Electrical may ask for more information before dispatch, response, or resolution.
Support responses depend on warranty status, previous work records, payment status, safety urgency, and whether the issue relates to work previously handled by the company.
4. Academy enrollment and student access
Academy access may require registration, correct student information, and confirmed payment where applicable. Students are responsible for completing lessons, submitting assignments, following course instructions, and communicating respectfully with teachers and admins.
Teachers may review student progress, grade submissions, respond to messages, upload materials, and approve learning completion only for assigned courses or as permitted by admin roles.
5. Payments and verification
Online payments must be verified server-side before access, enrollment, certificate action, or service status is changed. Payment references should be retained by both the user and De-Wilde Electrical for follow-up.
Refunds, failed payments, duplicated payments, or disputed transactions should be handled according to the business policy, payment provider records, and the actual service/enrollment status.
6. Course completion and certificates
A certificate should not be issued simply because a student says they are done. The student may request or submit completion, but teacher/admin review must confirm lesson completion, assignment review, and course requirements before the certificate becomes eligible.
Final certificate issuing is an official business action. Admin approval controls whether a certificate is generated, uploaded, revoked, or corrected. Certificate files and certificate numbers should be treated as official records.
7. Uploads, links, and submitted files
Where upload or file-link fields are available, users should submit only relevant files connected to the appointment, support request, course material, assignment, message, or certificate. Unrelated, unsafe, illegal, or misleading files may be removed or ignored.
8. Limitation of online information
Electrical systems can be dangerous. Online messages, photos, or descriptions may not reveal the full risk. De-Wilde Electrical may require physical inspection before giving a final recommendation or undertaking high-risk work.
9. Contact and updates
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. For questions about service terms, academy rules, support requests, payments, or certificates, contact De-Wilde Electrical.
